A cool expression of the Tamar Valley, this breezy site on free draining sandy soils near the river in Swan Bay produces vibrantly pure, potent fruit. The grapes are mostly whole bunch pressed, settled overnight, and run to oak the following morning, with fermentation carried out predominantly in 500L casks
