Deep dark ruby in colour, with aromas of mushroom, forest floor, black forest cake and petrichor(scent of rain). PiThe wine is very concentrated with good structure, and the middle palate displaying savory, tobacco leaves and nutty flavours. Well balanced wine with good acidity and tannins considering the cold year creates a deliciously moreish expression of Huon Valley Pinot Noir.
