TAPAS, PAELLA AND PINTXOS ALL We eat dinner at theThis course sees us make a variety of tapas and Pintos with authentic Spanish ingredients and a delicious Paella. So think piccolo peppers, smoked paprika, manchego cheese, croquettes, aioli, Serrano ham, Gambas, the list of delicious ingredients is endless.
